Your hotel doesn't close.Neither do we.
TIO IT designs and supports the systems your property trades on: the PMS, the EPOS, the guest Wi-Fi, the network under both, and the security and backup that keep them standing. We work with Hilton, DoubleTree, Holiday Inn and Holiday Inn Express properties, and with independent owner-operated venues including country house hotels, spas and golf resorts.
What we do
Seven services, one contract, one number to call. Most properties take support and security together, then add projects as the building needs them.
Hotel IT support
One number for reception, the back office and the duty manager at 2am.

Arrivals peak at four, the night audit runs at three, and the function suite fills in ten minutes. An engineer who has never worked a property will not know that, and it is the difference between a fix at the right time and a fix during check-in.
- Property management systems including Opera, Guestline and OnQ
- Guest Wi-Fi separated from PMS, POS and payment traffic
- Front desk, reservations and back-of-house devices under one support contract
- Pre-opening and refurbishment projects, including cabling and comms rooms

One partner, total support
One contract
PMS, Wi-Fi, EPOS, telephony, door locks and hardware sit under a single agreement, with one number to call.
SLAs that suit the property
Response targets are set against how the hotel trades, so a P1 is judged by what it costs you at 7pm on a Saturday.
An emergency line, always
Total outages are covered 24/7/365 on a dedicated number as standard, and full 24/7 agreements are available for properties that need them.
Documentation that stays current
The estate is written down and kept current, which is what makes a brand audit, a change of GM or a sale straightforward.
TIO has been a breath of fresh air. They don't talk in jargon or sell you things you don't need. They listen, explain things clearly, and make recommendations that make sense for us.

How a take-on works
Changing IT provider sounds disruptive to a trading property and rarely is. It runs in three stages, and the first costs you nothing but access.
Audit
We walk the property and document what is there: comms rooms, switching, access points, PMS and EPOS, licensing, contracts and backups. You get the findings whether or not you go ahead.
Proposal
Scope, response times and price, written against what the audit found rather than against a standard tier.
Transition
Credentials, documentation and monitoring move across on an agreed date, worked around occupancy. Your outgoing provider does not need to co-operate, though it helps.
Start with the Wi-Fi
A guest Wi-Fi audit is the quickest way to see how we work: we survey the property, test what guests actually experience, and report on what needs doing and what it costs. The findings are yours whether or not you go ahead.
